Submitting the booking form or contact form on this website is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only once our team has spoken with you — by phone or WhatsApp — and agreed on the service, caregiver or equipment, schedule, and pricing.
Pricing
Pricing for care services and equipment rentals depends on the type of care, duration, and equipment involved, and is shared with you directly before any booking is confirmed. Prices mentioned on this website or in general correspondence are indicative and may vary based on your specific requirements.
Equipment rentals
Rented equipment remains the property of Anmol Jeevan for the duration of the rental period. You're responsible for reasonable care of the equipment while it's in your possession; damage beyond normal wear may be chargeable. Rental terms, deposits (if any), and return conditions are confirmed with you at the time of booking.
Caregivers and medical services
Our nurses, physiotherapists, and attendants are background-verified and trained for the roles they're assigned. Home care services are provided based on the information you share about the patient's condition and needs — please ensure this is accurate and complete so we can assign the right level of care. For emergencies requiring immediate medical intervention, please contact emergency services directly in addition to reaching out to us.
Cancellations
Cancellation or rescheduling terms are communicated at the time of booking confirmation and may vary depending on the service and notice period given. Please inform us as early as possible if your requirements change.
