Information we collect

When you use the booking form or contact form on this website, we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, email address (where asked), the service or equipment you're enquiring about, and any additional details you choose to share (for example, a patient's condition or preferred timing). We don't ask for or store medical records, payment details, or government ID through this website.

If Google Analytics is enabled on this site, it collects standard, non-identifying usage data — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type — to help us understand how the site is used. This does not include anything you type into a form.

How we use it

Submitting the booking or contact form does two things: it opens a pre-filled WhatsApp conversation with our team on the device you're using, and it sends the same details to our care coordination email inbox. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange the care or equipment you've asked about, and follow up if needed. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where it's sent

Form submissions are delivered to our team via WhatsApp (operated by Meta) and via email through our transactional email provider. Both are used solely to receive and respond to your enquiry — neither is used to send you marketing messages unless you separately opt in to that through direct conversation with our team.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry details for as long as reasonably needed to provide the care or rental service you've requested and to maintain a record of past patients and clients, after which it's deleted or archived securely. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see contact details below.

Your choices

You're never required to submit a form to reach us — you can call or WhatsApp us directly using the number below. If you'd like to know what information we hold about you, or want it corrected or deleted, contact us and we'll act on it promptly.
